The administrator of personal data collected through the contact form on this website is Tembo Solutions Adam Szum, Polish tax ID (NIP) 7123037984 ("the Administrator").

The contact form collects the following data: name, email address, and message content. This data is processed solely to respond to the submitted inquiry, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Administrator's legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in its services).

Data is shared with the email delivery provider (Mailjet) solely for the technical delivery of the message, and with the mailbox provider (ImprovMX) for receiving it — both act as data processors on the Administrator's behalf. Data is not shared with any other third parties or transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry and handle any further correspondence, but no longer than 12 months from the last contact.

The data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of their data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).

This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies.
